Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any programs provided by Passion for the Game, that clears the company, Passion For The Game and Passion For The Game Football Coaches.
1.1. Passion for the Game and its coaches will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during training sessions, injuries that occur outside of any session time or on the way to any sessions.
1.2. Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity and agree to participate at their own risk.
2.1. All fees for Passion for the Game programs must be paid in full prior to the start of the program at www.p4tg.co.uk.
2.2. All Booked sessions are Non-Refundable
2.3. Failure to make payments by the specified deadline may result in the participant being unable to participate in the program.
2.4 a. If a Masterclass or Group session is missed, you may request one catch-up session per month, subject to availability. Catch-up sessions must be booked within the same calendar month and cannot be carried forward.
2.4 b. Peterborough – If the Group or Masterclass session is cancelled (bad weather for example), then the student can attend a double lesson within the same month for no additional charge. Catch-up sessions must be booked within the same month and cannot be carried forward.
2.5. All pricing includes allowances for sickness and holidays. No additional discounts or refunds will be provided for missed sessions.
2.6. Our class cancellation policy states that there will be no refund or alternative class offered for any cancellations or no-shows; this includes sickness, holidays, or any other reason.
2.7. Where customers are subscribed to our monthly packages, there are no refunds or credits for holidays because these are factored into the monthly rates already.
2.8. One month’s notice is required to cancel a regular booking
2.9. All Payments must be made in British Pounds.
3.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and able to participate in the training sessions.
3.2. Participants are required to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by Passion for the Game coaches.
3.3. Parents or legal guardians of child participants are responsible for providing accurate medical information and emergency contact details.
3.4. Participants are responsible for providing their own appropriate sports attire and equipment as required for the training sessions.
3.5. Participants are required to arrive and leave on time.
4.1. Passion for the Game recognizes the potential impact of natural disasters, severe weather conditions, power outages, and similar unforeseen events on our operations. In such cases, neither Passion for the Game nor the participants will be held liable for any inability to fulfill our obligations.
4.2. Passion for the Game retains the right to reschedule or cancel classes. In the event of class cancellation If such circumstances arise, refunds or reschedules will be promptly issued to affected participants. Both parties will collaborate to find a suitable resolution, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all involved.
5.1. Passion for the Game reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Passion for the Game website.
